Terms and Conditions for Free Wi-Fi Use

By using our internet service, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

These risks include interception of transmissions, data loss, and the introduction of viruses or other harmful programs. The owner and/or provider of this network are not liable for any such incidents.

2. Illegal Uses: You must not engage in any illegal activities while using the wireless network. Examples of illegal uses include:

   • Spamming and invasion of privacy

   • Intellectual property right violations

   • Unauthorized access to computers, accounts, or networks

   • Violation of export laws and regulations

   • Distribution of pornographic materials to minors

   • Interception of private data transmissions.

   • Distribution o viruses and malicious content.

   • Child pornography

3. Unacceptable Uses: The following uses are unacceptable:

   • High bandwidth operations (e.g., large file transfers, peer-to-peer sharing)

   • Any activity that disrupts network stability or performance

   • Illegal use of the connection /or for illegal purposes.

4. Network Provider Rights: If abnormal, illegal, or unauthorized behaviour is detected (including excessive bandwidth consumption), the network provider and/or administrator reserves the right to permanently disconnect the offending device from the wireless network.

5. Liability: We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your use of this Wi-Fi service.

6. Monitoring and Logs: We reserve the right to monitor network activity and maintain logs of internet usage. This includes tracking websites visited, IP addresses, and device information.

7. Privacy: While we respect your privacy, please be aware that your internet activity on this network is subject to monitoring. We will not intentionally access personal data, but we may review logs for security purposes.
